Catherine M. Brazzale, cherished wife of 59 years to her husband Bernard, loving mother of five children, loving grandmother to eight grandchildren, and a former long-time Plainfield resident, passed away at her home in Lake Wales, Florida, May 14.
She is preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, four brothers, and one grandson who was awarded the Purple Heart for service in Iraq.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society – 1801 S. Meyers Road, Suite 100, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 6018. Memorial Visitation is scheduled for June 4 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Overman-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 15219 S. Joliet Road, Plainfield. Memorial Service to follow at 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment is private.
