Deanna Jo Dickmann, age 68, of Bloomfield Township, Wisconsin, died May 19 at her home. She was born in Madison, Wisconsin, Aug. 10, 1947, to Franklin and Nelma (Wyman) Ross.
On Sept. 2, 1967, she was united in marriage to Gary Allen Dickmann. She worked for many years at Home Depot in Joliet. Deanna lived in Plainfield before moving to Bloomfield three years ago. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Pell Lake, Wisconsin.
During her life, she enjoyed painting, sewing and quilting. She was a member of the Wauwatosa Woman’s Club. She loved her dog Beau.
Deanna is survived by her husband, Gary; her mother, Nelma Ross of Piedmont, South Carolina; her four children, Wendy Dickmann of Bloomfield, Thomas (Kristen) Dickmann of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, Neil Dickmann of Bloomfield, and Chad (Angela) Dickmann of Rochelle; and her four grandchildren, Jacob, Kayler, Chase and Brooklyn. She is further survived by two brothers, Frank Ross of Parkersberg, West Virginia, and David Ross of Piedmont, South Carolina. She was preceded in death by her father Franklin.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for May 28 at 2 p.m. at the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory, 113 Freeman St., Genoa City, Wisconsin. Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
